One of my favorite art quotes is the one by Robert Schumann when he said, “to send light into the darkness of men's hearts - such is the duty of the artist.” These words are very meaningful for me. Like any worthwhile effort people must work hard to push back the darkness and bring bright wonderful light to as many people as possible.
